1 General Terms

bdbajiee is an online betting and casino gaming platform that provides entertainment services to users in Bangladesh. All services, offers, games, and transactions on this platform are governed by these terms and conditions.

1.1 Applicable Law

All operations of bdbajiee are conducted under applicable laws and regulations. Users are responsible for complying with the local laws of their own area.

2 Eligibility and Registration

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Suspension or Closure

3.2 Account Inactivity

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, bdbajiee will notify the user by email. Users may request account closure at any time.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

bdbajiee offers secure transactions through popular mobile banking and bank transfer methods in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds may only be sent from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited and such transactions will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if identity or document verification is required.
• Funds earned from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bdbajiee offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own applicable terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, for a total of ৳2,500. To withdraw this bonus, the combined deposit and bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• After accepting a bonus, withdrawals are not permitted until the specified wagering requirements are met.
• Each bonus offer has a set expiry period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• bdbajiee reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• bdbajiee's decision on any bonus-related matter is final.

5.3 VIP Program

bdbajiee has three VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular and active play. Each VIP tier may have its own benefits and conditions.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports betting, live casino, slots, and other games are available on bdbajiee. Each game or betting category may have its own specific rules.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If the outcome of any bet is uncertain due to a technical error, bdbajiee will make a decision after investigation.
• If an event is cancelled, the amount staked on that bet will be refunded.
• If manipulated or unusual betting patterns are detected, the account may come under investigation.

6.2 Cricket Betting

7 Prohibited Activities

• If a service is temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance.
